Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of client cases from onboarding through completion

Provide consistent communication, updates, and high-quality client support

Partner with enrolled agents and compliance teams to keep cases progressing

Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Meet monthly performance targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction

Position Details

Location: Irvine, CA (in-office only)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
