🚀 Account Executive – Inbound Sales

At Guardian Tax, clients are already reaching out for help before you ever pick up the phone. You’ll be speaking with individuals actively seeking assistance with tax debt and IRS issues—your role is to guide the conversation, present solutions clearly, and help them move toward resolution.

This is a fully inbound phone-based sales role. No cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead chasing. Every call comes in with intent, so your focus stays on communication, problem-solving, and closing.

💰 Compensation & Earnings

  • 15% uncapped commission on closed deals
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
  • Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000/month
  • Top performers: $15,000+ per month
  • Paid training and ongoing support

📞 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief
  • Understanding each client’s financial situation and needs
  • Presenting clear, tailored solutions
  • Managing objections and guiding conversations forward
  • Closing deals while maintaining a strong client experience
