Working Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturday working required whenever needed based on meetings, seminars, events, and business requirements.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly aggressive, relationship-oriented, and field-driven Healthcare Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help Guardian build strong relationships within Hyderabad’s healthcare ecosystem.
The candidate will actively work on acquiring HNI and Ultra HNI clients through doctors, hospital leadership, pharma executives, medical distributors, healthcare entrepreneurs, healthcare technology companies, and related professional networks.
Pillar 1: Healthcare Ecosystem Relationship Building
● Build strong relationships across the healthcare and pharma ecosystem.
● Meet doctors, hospital leadership teams, pharma executives, distributors, and healthcare business owners regularly.
● Generate partnerships, referrals, and business opportunities through hospitals, associations, conferences, and professional networks.
Pillar 2: Lead Generation & Business Development
● Generate HNI and Ultra HNI leads through ecosystem relationships, outreach, cold calls, field visits, and follow-ups.
● Schedule and attend multiple in-person meetings daily with potential partners and clients.
● Work closely with internal wealth management teams to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Identify and engage specialty medical associations — secure speaking slots, sponsorship opportunities, and CME-adjacent partnerships
Track sector liquidity events (ESOP buybacks, IPOs, M&A) and surface time-sensitive opportunities
Pillar 3: Seminars & Events
● Coordinate and support seminars, investor awareness sessions, networking events, and healthcare-focused wealth workshops.
● Work with hospital HR teams, healthcare associations, and corporate leadership for engagement activities and brand-building initiatives.
Pillar 4: Reporting & CRM Management
● Maintain proper records of meetings, referrals, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
● Provide regular activity updates and maintain discipline in CRM and pipeline tracking.
Requirements
Required Skills
● Aggressive and target-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
● Comfortable with field work, networking-heavy roles, cold outreach, and business development activities.
● High ownership, execution capability, and ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
● Telugu and English fluency preferred
