Senior UX UI Designer

GTO Wizard is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging interfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and requirements - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications - Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices - Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team Required Skills: - 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of work - Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent visual design skills and a keen eye for detail - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design - Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs - Familiarity with design systems and their implementation - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Experience in working with agile development teams
