GTN is looking for a dynamic Trade Operations and MIS Analyst to support the Fractional Trading and Internalisation product team, with responsibility to help scale the operational platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technology driven environment, embraces automation, and brings strong expertise across equity and fixed income operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless lifecycle management, data integrity, and operational excellence as we continue to expand.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Fractional Trading and Internalisation product, who is based overseas in a different time zone, making this position well suited for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams, contributing to global standards. Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for corporate action processing - mandatory events impacting the Groups Fractional Trading product.

- Document Key Operating Procedures allow aspects of cross training within the GTN Operations team.
|
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards covering trade volumes, platform performance, fails, operational KPIs, and risk indicators.

- Ensure data quality by performing regular checks, reconciliations, and exception monitoring.
|
- Use data analytics tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and root causes in operational processes.
|
- Automate recurring reports using Excel, VBA, or SQL to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

- Partner with technology teams to enhance data flows, reporting infrastructure, and system integrations.

- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to change requests, solution design, and automation initiatives.

- Work with large datasets to perform data cleansing, analysis, and develop insightful dashboards.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3 years’ experience in Capital Markets / Trading / Brokerage / FinTech operations.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, Equity & Fixed Income, and corporate actions.
- Knowledge of front to back trade lifecycles across product types, from execution to settlement.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modelling).
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Python or similar tools for automation and analytics.
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau or other dashboard tools is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across global teams and time zones.
