Role Description
We’re looking for a full-time GTM Strategist to lead client strategy, campaign execution, and growth ops across our customer base. You’ll work directly with founders, marketers, and operators to turn GTM ideas into live, high-performing agentic workflows—email campaigns, ad funnels, LinkedIn outreach, and more. This role sits at the intersection of client success, growth strategy, and agent operations. You're both a strategic advisor and a hands-on launcher. You will be responsible for driving demand through creative campaigns, precise audience targeting, and AI-augmented execution. You’ll work across paid media, email marketing, and content marketing channels to generate and nurture high-quality leads.
We’re looking for someone who not only excels in the art and science of digital marketing but also embraces AI tools to automate and optimize campaign execution at scale.
Who You Are
Experience in B2B SaaS GTM, growth marketing, or client strategy
Experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns in an agency environment
Previously a BDR manager or growth strategist who knows how to hustle
Obsessed with customers, measurable outcomes and smart experimentation
Confident running campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and speaking directly with clients
- Experience in Market Research and developing Marketing Strategy
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Sora, Firefly, Surfer SEO, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to enhance content creation, personalization, and targeting
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns using automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp)
- Collaborate with designers and writers to create high-converting landing pages and creative assets
- Perform A/B testing across all key channels and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Manage and continuously improve content calendars, SEO content, and blog performance
- Track campaign performance metrics and generate actionable reports
- Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new marketing opportunities
- Assist with brand and product messaging consistency across digital touchpoints
What You’ll Own
Lead customer onboarding, ICP development, and campaign kickoff
Align messaging and tone with each client’s brand and ideal buyer
Launch and optimize demand gen workflows (email, LinkedIn, paid ads)
Monitor performance and deliver monthly reports + dashboards
Drive weekly check-ins with clients; surface insights and next steps
Collaborate with copywriters to build customized creative assets
Route campaign feedback to AgentOps to fine-tune agent behaviors
Develop reusable campaign playbooks by ICP, segment, or channel
Work with Product to shape and test new agent capabilities
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with editorial sensibility
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles
- Proven experience running paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in AI marketing tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar)
- Experience with email campaign automation and nurturing flows
- Strong analytical mindset - you know your CAC from your CTR
- Advanced degree like an MBA is preferred
- Self-starter with high ownership and an appetite for experimentation
- Portfolio or samples of past campaigns or creative work is a bonus
- A compelling cover letter is a plus
- Experience in B2B SasS environments is preferred
