Hiring: GTM Sales Owner
This is not a traditional sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can operate independently—build pipeline from zero, break into IT teams, and carry deals through to close without layers of support.
WorkVerge is used by organizations to move away from fragmented tools toward a single system that brings visibility and control over assets, ownership, and internal operations.
The role requires:
- Prospecting into IT leaders (Heads of IT, CTOs)
- Running full-cycle sales (outbound → discovery → close)
- Comfort with technical conversations (assets, cloud, access, compliance)
- Consistent outbound discipline and pipeline ownership
You should be comfortable operating as the sole owner of your market—creating momentum, not waiting for it.
What matters:
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS (ITAM / ITSM / infra experience is useful)
- Ability to engage technical buyers with credibility
- Strong outbound habits (40–50 touches/day)
- Clear track record of closing
This is a build role. There is no existing pipeline to inherit.
If you’ve worked in environments where you were expected to figure things out, open doors, and close—this will feel familiar.
