What you’ll do
• Look at full cycle hiring process - post open roles on job boards, social networks, and our careers page to attract the right candidates.
• You'd primarily be responsible for managing talent acquisition operations, interview coordination, talent sourcing, resume screening, cross functional collaboration, etc.
• Screen resumes and applications based on key criteria.
• Send personalised outreach messages for outbound recruiting.
• Assess candidates for skills, culture, and motivation.
• Ensure all candidates have a great experience, whether hired or not.
What makes you a good fit
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably with high growth startups is a plus).
• Experienced in recruitment operations - interview coordination, resume screening, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle various open positions.
