About Us:
Oraczen is a product company building enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms that help organizations
automate complex workflows, augment decision-making, and unlock operational efficiency through
intelligent AI agents. Our products combine Generative AI, autonomous workflows, and scalable
cloud-native architecture to solve real-world business challenges at scale.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a GTM Lead Research Analyst to support Oraczen’s US sales team across our
Agentic AI platforms, Auron and Scorpio. You identify the right companies, the right decision-makers,
and a clear reason to engage — then draft the first-touch outreach that turns that research into booked
meetings, so the sales team can focus on conversations rather than prospecting.
You will turn a broad market into a short, defensible list of accounts, each carrying a clear answer to
three questions — why this company, why this person, and why now — and a tailored first-touch email
built to book a meeting. Auron and Scorpio reach different buyers and buying committees, and your
targeting and messaging should reflect that.
Key Responsibilities
• Build highly targeted account lists based on defined ICPs for Auron and Scorpio.
• Check CRM and sales-lead notes before adding any account or contact, and apply exclusions for
active conversations, stalled deals, and accounts already being worked.
• Identify the right executives, sponsors, and influencers within each account.
• Research and verify emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles using sales-intelligence tools.
• Identify relevant buying signals — leadership changes, AI and agentic initiatives, transformation
programs, technology platform moves, and business challenges — each one dated and sourced.
• Develop a short account brief explaining why this company, why this person, and why now.
• Draft first-touch outreach emails for each account, tailored to the buyer persona and the account
brief, with a single objective — booking a meeting — so each role receives relevant, concise copy.
• Maintain clean prospect and account data in CRM and prospecting tools.
• Maintain a living rules-and-exclusions document — title changes, persona rules, suppressions,
and lessons from each review — and apply it to every new list without being re-told.
• Work closely with the US sales lead to continuously improve targeting based on outreach results,
and expect frequent list revisions as targeting is refined.
Required Qualifications
• 2–4 years in B2B lead research, sales intelligence, SDR research, or GTM operations.
• Exposure to sales, SDR, or BDR work, with a clear understanding that first-touch outreach exists
to book a meeting, not to deliver content.
• Strong internet and LinkedIn research skills, with the judgment to separate confirmed fact from
assumption.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to produce clear, action-ready account briefs and
concise, meeting-focused outreach (writing samples required).
• Strong analytical ability and close attention to detail.
• Working hours aligned to US Central Time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday —
approximately 6:30 PM–2:30 AM IST during US daylight saving time and 7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST
during US standard time — with availability for live review and questions with the US sales lead
throughout the US workday.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience researching enterprise or complex B2B buying committees.
• Exposure to or genuine interest in Generative AI, AI Agents, or Agentic Workflows.
• Experience supporting a US or international sales team from an offshore location.
• Comfort with lightweight automation or AI-assisted research to work faster without sacrificing
accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
• Proactive — flags accounts that do not fit, tests each list against the sales goal, and recommends
title or persona changes without being asked.
• Coachable — applies feedback the first time and does not repeat corrected errors.
• Values accuracy over volume and never passes along unverified data.
• A curious researcher who can explain, in one line, why a company might care right now.
• A collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced product environment.
