GTM Operations Lead — SparQLabs + GTM E Launchpad

You’re managing the machine.
At SparQLabs, we build automated outbound infrastructure for B2B SaaS companies — Clay enrichment pipelines, cold email systems, LinkedIn sequences, AI-powered workflows that generate 50–150+ qualified meetings per month.
We’re one of the more advanced GTM operators in India, and we’ve built a second business (GTM E Launchpad) teaching founders and operators how to run the same systems we run for clients.
The flywheel: agency results become case studies → case studies sell coaching → coaching members become agency leads → it compounds. You sit at the center of it.
What you’re actually doing:
Running the automated GTM operation across both businesses. That means SmartLeads campaigns stay live and healthy. HeyReach LinkedIn sequences are firing. Clay enrichment workflows are clean and feeding qualified leads into HubSpot. Domain health is monitored. Inbound replies are qualified, objections handled, and calls booked on the founder’s calendar.
When automation misses something — a high-value prospect who needs a personal touch, an Upwork proposal that needs to be genuinely crafted, a follow-up that slipped through — you handle it. Manual work is the exception.
Operating and optimizing the system is the job.
On the education side, you’re managing the Skool community, coordinating webinars and 5-day challenges, building the email list, and keeping the community active enough that members stick around and upgrade.
You also maintain the weekly KPI dashboard across all three businesses, help draft LinkedIn content from founder talking points, and coordinate with video and design.
You’re probably a fit if:
You’ve spent 1–2 years in B2B sales, SDR work, or agency/startup ops. You know what a sending domain is, you understand warmup, and inbox placement isn’t a foreign concept. You’ve worked in HubSpot or a similar CRM and you know what a clean pipeline looks like versus a messy one. You can write outreach that sounds like a real person wrote it. You’re comfortable with ambiguity — a lot of processes don’t exist yet, and you’ll help build them.
Bonus if you’ve touched Clay, Apollo, SmartLeads, HeyReach, or SalesRobot. Not required on day one. If you understand cold email and LinkedIn prospecting, we’ll train you on the full stack in the first week.
The growth path:
This role is designed to move fast. Head of Operations in 6–9 months, with a meaningful equity conversation at the 6-month mark based on how the business is growing. You’ll have daily direct access to the founder and see the inside of how a B2B GTM agency, an info business, and an early-stage SaaS product are built simultaneously.
That’s a real education.

- Each one should reference a real person and company from LinkedIn, personalized to something specific: recent funding, hiring patterns, GTM challenges.
