Services Description:
- Analyze escalated issues related to Salesforce opportunities and reports/dashboards
- Support GTM Partner S&O team and maintain CRM system integrity
- Utilize CRM to identify, manage, and resolve issues
- Provide operational support
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce experience
- Basic SQL skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Spreadsheet skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Operational experience
