The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on GTM Marketing Associate who loves the craft behind great go-to-market execution.
You'll work directly with founders and own the day-to-day marketing and GTM operations that actually move the needle — from building targeted account lists and persona research to managing pipelines, running outreach campaigns, and publishing high-signal content.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain targeted account lists and ideal customer profiles
- Conduct persona research and support strategic partnership outreach — including with our global partner network
- Manage GTM trackers, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Create and publish discussion-driven content
- Support founder-led outreach and GTM experiments
- Own the operational rhythm of marketing and growth initiatives
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or startup operations
- Strong research and execution skills with close attention to detail
- Comfortable with data, tools (LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Notion, etc.), and content
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- A clear, independent thinker — you use AI as a tool, not a substitute for judgment
- Based in, or willing to work from, Ranchi
