Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a GTM (Go-to-Market) Manager. The GTM Manager will oversee the development and execution of market strategies to drive customer acquisition, manage product launches, and optimize sales and marketing alignment. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building GTM strategies, leading cross-functional collaboration, analyzing performance metrics to refine approaches, and communicating value propositions to customers. The role will play a critical role in enabling the growth and success of WorkYield’s innovative AI workforce intelligence platform.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Go-to-Market strategy development, market analysis, and positioning
- Experience with sales and marketing tools and methodologies, including lead generation and conversion strategies
- Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to articulate product propositions effectively
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating across time zones
- Experience with SaaS or tech startups is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
