Job Summary:

We are looking for a GTM Lead / Sales Leader to own and scale our go-to-market strategy for AI, digital transformation, and IT services offerings. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, demand generation, and revenue leadership. You will be responsible for building predictable pipeline, shaping market positioning, and driving end-to-end growth—from identifying ideal customer profiles to closing strategic deals and expanding accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think big, execute fast, and build scalable revenue engines.


Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute GTM strategy for AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation services
  • Identify target industries, ICPs, buyer personas, and value propositions
  • Partner with leadership to refine offerings, pricing, and packaging

Lead Generation & Demand Growth

  • Own the full lead generation engine (inbound, outbound, partnerships, ABM)
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events, content, partners)
  • Establish lead scoring, qualification (MQL → SQL), and funnel metrics
  • Continuously improve conversion rates and cost per lead

Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue targets
  • Lead or support enterprise and mid-market deal cycles
  • Develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, and case studies
  • Manage key client relationships and expansion opportunities

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build and manage SDRs, marketers, or sales team members as needed
  • Work closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams
  • Align marketing, sales, and delivery around revenue outcomes

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track GTM KPIs: pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, deal velocity
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to drive insights and forecasting
  • Experiment, test, and iterate to scale what works


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or lead generation within IT services or consulting
  • Strong background selling AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and close high-value B2B deals
  • Experience owning revenue numbers and GTM execution
  • Deep understanding of enterprise and mid-market buying cycles
  • Experience selling to CXOs, Heads of Engineering, Data, or Digital
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience building GTM from scratch or scaling early traction
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
