What this role actually is
As a GTM Intern, you will lead on-ground activations at CultFit and Gold's Gym across Bangalore. You will conduct structured consumer interactions, gather first-hand feedback, and feed real intelligence back to the core team.
This is not a sampling job. The insights you collect will directly shape our pricing, product development, and the communication strategy we use to take Potential to market at scale. You will see the full loop from consumer conversation to boardroom decision.
What you will do
- Lead weekly pop-up activations at CultFit and Gold's Gym outlets across Bangalore
- Run structured consumer interviews on taste, price sensitivity, purchase intent, and positioning
- Identify patterns, document findings, and present weekly learnings to the team
- Contribute directly to GTM strategy discussions
- Help evaluate messaging angles based on what resonates on the ground
- Feed insights into new product development and launch planning

- The messaging we use in marketing campaigns
- New product formats and flavour decisions
- How we structure GTM rollouts in new cities
