Role Overview
- We are looking for a commercially sharp GTM Strategist to drive market expansion, deal flow, and platform positioning within the startup and investment ecosystem.
- This role sits at the intersection of founders, investors, and strategic opportunities. You will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies that attract high-quality startups, engage investors, and drive meaningful transactions across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute GTM strategies to drive startup onboarding and investor engagement
- Identify and target high-potential founders, SMEs, and companies exploring fundraising, M&A, or strategic partnerships
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for different stakeholder groups (founders, investors, partners)
- Drive deal flow generation through outbound, partnerships, and ecosystem-led initiatives
- Work closely with BD and leadership teams to align on pipeline and conversion strategy
- Create and optimize acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, founder communities, events, partnerships)
- Track funnel metrics from outreach to deal conversion and optimize for efficiency
- Stay updated on market trends across venture capital, private equity, and startup ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in GTM, growth, strategy, or ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of startup, VC, PE, or M&A ecosystems
- Ability to think commercially and drive revenue-linked outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage founders and investors
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
- Experience in fintech, investment platforms, or transaction-driven environments is highly preferred
