Your Opportunity
As a GTM (Go-To-Market) Engineer on BeGig, you’ll work on freelance projects focused on building and scaling growth systems that drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue. You’ll bridge marketing, product, and engineering by creating data-driven, automated GTM strategies—without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement GTM systems and growth infrastructure
- Build and optimize lead capture, enrichment, and routing workflows
- Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Develop outbound and inbound automation pipelines
- Set up tracking, attribution, and conversion analytics
- Run and optimize experiments across funnels (A/B testing, cohorts, etc.)
- Build dashboards to monitor growth metrics and campaign performance
- Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in growth engineering, RevOps, or marketing tech
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and outreach tools
- Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Ability to build and manage automation workflows
- Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or SQL)
- Understanding of funnels, attribution, and growth metrics
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently build and optimize GTM systems
