About the role
BeatRoute is looking for a GTM Engineer to own the technical infrastructure behind our marketing motion. This is a builder role. You will design and automate the systems that connect our tools, orchestrate multi-channel execution, and help us move faster across every marketing channel.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain automations across our GTM stack
- Connect and orchestrate tools so data flows without manual intervention
- Own tracking and attribution - GA4, UTMs, conversion events, the works
- Write code to solve problems that off-the-shelf tools can't
- Use AI tools like Claude and platforms like n8n to accelerate execution
- Work directly with the marketing team to identify bottlenecks and eliminate them
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing tools and automation
- Working knowledge of GA4, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n, or equivalents
- Demonstrable coding ability with a GitHub profile, a published project, or something we can look at
- Someone who finds manual work offensive and fixes it
What this is not
This is not a campaign management role. If you've only used tools as an end user and can't build on top of them, this isn't the right fit.
