GTM Engineer
Lighthouz AI is a YC S24-backed startup building AI agents for freight brokers' back-office operations. We automate the three most manual, high-cost workflows in a freight brokerage — AP freight bill audits, AR shipper invoicing, and collections — so brokers can scale without growing their back-office team. We're a lean team moving fast, and we're looking for a GTM Engineer to own and run our outbound and growth engine.
About the role
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll set up, run, and monitor our outbound systems, manage paid ads when needed, and handle social media. You own the tools end-to-end — from building sequences to tracking what's converting.
Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and monitor multi-channel outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain prospect lists and enrichment workflows in Clay
- Manage email sequences in Smartlead and LinkedIn outreach via Heyreach
- Run paid ads (LinkedIn, Google) as needed and report on performance
- Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn
- Iterate on messaging and targeting based on what's working
Requirements
- 2–4 years in a GTM, growth, or outbound role at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Smartlead, and Heyreach
- Comfortable building outbound systems from scratch, not just maintaining them
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or founder
- Familiar with paid ads — can set up a campaign, monitor spend, and report results
- AI-native — you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow
Nice to have
- Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM/prospecting tools
- Exposure to the US freight or logistics market
- Comfortable with basic automation tools like n8n or Zapier
- Developed automation, analytics, or internal tooling using Python, SQL, or cloud tools to improve execution speed and visibility
