Capvance is a boutique sell-side M&A and capital advisory firm. We work with founders of $5M–$50M revenue businesses across the US, UK, and Australia.
We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own our outbound infrastructure. We're moving the build entirely in-house via Claude Code — this role sits at the centre of that.
The role
You'll engineer the systems that turn raw market data into qualified founder conversations. Direct line to the Managing Director, real ownership, no middle management.
This is a foundational hire — not a backfill.
You'll need
- 3+ years building B2B outbound or growth automation
- Advanced Claude Code — production-level, shipping real systems, not prompt-tinkering
- Strong fundamentals in Python and JavaScript (Claude is a multiplier, not a substitute)
- Email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, sender reputation)
- Excellent written English
Nice to have
- Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or equivalent platform experience
- Prior exposure to M&A, capital raising, or PE deal sourcing
- Experience with public data sources for company intelligence
Compensation
Competitive, INR or USD. Fully remote. Performance upside on closed mandates over time.
