The Role
This internship is open to students and recent graduates from both marketing/business backgrounds and technical/engineering backgrounds - what matters more than your degree is your curiosity, your communication skills, and your willingness to hustle.
Your job is to help build demand for Othor AI - making sure the right people have heard of us before a conversation even begins. You'll work across outbound outreach, brand presence, and demand generation experiments, contributing to the messaging and channels that bring qualified prospects into our pipeline.
If you enjoy prospecting, storytelling, and finding creative ways to get a product in front of the right audience - or if you're technically-minded and want to learn how great B2B companies grow - this is your role.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll help identify and reach the right people - researching leads in the US market (CEOs, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams), assisting with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and helping craft messaging that actually gets replies. When a lead is qualified, you hand them off to the founders for the demo.
You'll contribute to demand generation experiments - testing channels, offers, and messaging to figure out what moves the needle. That might mean helping set up an email sequence, drafting a LinkedIn post, writing a one-pager, or spotting a community where Othor AI should have a presence.
If you're Bangalore-based, you'll also attend startup meetups, tech events, and demo days alongside the team - turning in-person conversations into booked meetings. Candidates from other locations will focus on digital outreach and online community building.
You'll help keep the CRM clean, support outbound sequences, and use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn to build targeted lead lists. You'll share patterns from your outreach - objections, responses, what resonates - directly with the founders to sharpen our ICP and positioning.
Stipend
₹20,000–₹50,000/month, depending on:
- Part-time vs. full-time availability
- Prior internship or work experience
- Demonstrated skills in outreach, writing, or relevant tools

What We're Looking For
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field — marketing, business, engineering, CS, or related disciplines welcome
- Strong written English - you communicate clearly and can write something a stranger would actually want to read
- Genuine interest in startups, AI, or B2B technology
- Available for some US hours overlap (EST/PST) — even a few hours per week works
- Bangalore-based preferred; exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered
Bonus Points
- Any prior internship experience in sales, marketing, growth, or business development
- Familiarity with BI, analytics, or data tools (for technical folks: if you've used or built dashboards, that context is valuable)
- Active LinkedIn presence
- Exposure to sales or outreach tools: CRMs, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
- Interest in AI/LLM products and how to talk about them with business buyers
- If you're from a technical background: comfort explaining complex tools simply, or experience with no-code/automation workflows
