We are looking to hire a skilled Backend Engineer proficient in Java, Spring, and PostgreSQL. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our backend infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, efficient, and scalable to meet our growing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend systems with a focus on scalability and performance.
2. Work with Java and Spring framework to build robust and maintainable applications.
3. Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases to handle data efficiently.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
5. Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
   
   

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
2. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and database management.
3. Knowledge of RESTful API development and server-side logic.
4. Familiarity with backend security practices.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex backend issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in working within an agile development environment.
2. Prior experience in a high-growth or tech-focused company.
3. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
