About the Company
Our client is a fast growing enterprise SaaS platform created through the merger of two established workflow automation and decision management companies. The combined platform powers intelligent business orchestration across workflow automation, business rules engines, API integrations, dashboards, testing environments, and AI driven orchestration.
The product is powerful and technically deep. The opportunity now is sharpening how it is packaged, positioned, and taken to market.
About the Role
This role is intentionally built for former strategy consultants from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent top tier firms.
If you are someone who naturally structures ambiguity, synthesizes complex inputs into a clear story, and communicates with executive precision, this will feel familiar. The difference is you will now own how enterprise software is positioned and sold, not just advised on.
You will work directly with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and executive leadership to turn platform capabilities into structured solution packages and repeatable go to market plays.
What You Will Own
You will take raw inputs from product roadmaps, customer use cases, field feedback, and competitive context and convert them into clear, customer ready narratives that Sales can confidently use.
Your work will include:
- Defining and standardizing solution packaging frameworks
- Structuring problem statements and ICP definitions
- Quantifying business outcomes and ROI
- Clarifying differentiation and competitive positioning
- Translating technical architecture into business value stories
- Creating vertical and industry specific GTM plays
You will also build launch ready enablement assets including:
- Solution briefs
- One pagers
- Pitch decks
- Executive presentations
- Sales talk tracks
- Discovery guides
- Demo scripts
- Objection handling documents
This is not a coordination role. You will create the content yourself and drive it through to field adoption.
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically looking for former consultants from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar top tier strategy firms. This is not optional.
You should bring structured problem solving, hypothesis driven thinking, and strong executive communication skills. The ability to distill complexity into clarity is critical.
In addition, we are looking for:
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
- Exposure to workflow automation, decision engines, integrations, APIs, or AI enabled enterprise systems
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome driven business messaging
- Comfort influencing cross functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
