Growth & GTM Lead (Individual Contributor)

Comp: 8–9 LPA + performance variable

Role summary


We’re looking for a hands-on GTM operator who can build and run our demand engine end-to-end.


You will own how prospects move from first interaction to booked conversations and qualified opportunities across both inbound and outbound channels.


This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales and directly impacts pipeline and revenue.

What you’ll own

GTM execution & pipeline creation

  • Design and run inbound and outbound growth programs
  • Manage the complete lead lifecycle from capture to sales-ready
  • Improve conversion across every stage of the funnel
  • Launch targeted campaigns for specific ICPs and services
  • Identify new acquisition channels and outbound plays
  • Run continuous experiments to increase meetings and opportunities

Nurture & activation

  • Build structured follow-up and nurture journeys
  • Segment leads by behavior and intent
  • Re-engage warm and dormant prospects
  • Ensure consistent engagement until prospects are ready to speak with sales

Sales alignment

  • Work closely with sales on lead quality and handoff
  • Optimize routing, response time, and qualification
  • Focus on pipeline outcomes, not just lead volume

Metrics you’ll own

  • Meetings booked
  • SQLs generated

  • Cost per meeting
  • Revenue influenced


What we’re looking for


Experience

  • 1–3 years in Growth, GTM, Lifecycle, or Revenue Marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, services, or agency environments
  • Track record of driving pipeline, not just traffic

  • Strong funnel and lifecycle thinking
  • Hands-on with CRM and automation tools
  • Comfortable launching outbound campaigns
  • Analytical and experiment-driven
  • Strong execution and ownership mindset

30-60-90 day expectations

30 days

Understand ICPs, funnel, and current motion. Identify quick wins.

Inbound and outbound programs running. Early lift in meetings.
