The Challenge As our company continues to grow and evolve, the demands on our leadership team are increasing significantly. Our CEO's time is often consumed by administrative tasks, email management, and meeting coordination, which detracts from their ability to focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects. By bringing this role on board, we can ensure that our leaders are freed up to concentrate on driving the company forward while maintaining seamless operational support. Day in the Life of a Personal / Executive Assistant at GT Ecom Manage calendars effectively, scheduling meetings, appointments, and avoiding conflicts Oversee email management, ensuring inbox organization, timely responses, and follow-ups Prepare documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting materials with attention to detail Provide project management support, assisting with timelines, task delegation, and tracking progress Coordinate meeting preparation, setting agendas, taking notes, and distributing follow-ups Conduct research and gather data to support informed decision-making Manage tasks and priorities, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of key responsibilities Please take note this may change from time to time.
