We’re on the lookout for a Personal / Executive Assistant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

Our CEO’s time is often consumed by administrative tasks, email management, and meeting coordination, which detracts from their ability to focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects. By bringing this role on board, we can ensure that our leaders are freed up to concentrate on driving the company forward while maintaining seamless operational support.
Day in the Life of a Personal / Executive Assistant at GT Ecom
- Manage and coordinate agendas, schedules, and meeting planning
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization
- Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
- Plan and coordinate events, both internal and external
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations
- Assist management with strategic initiatives
- Support HR functions, including team coordination and employee engagement
- Manage automation and technical projects to streamline workflows
- Handle confidential tasks with discretion and professionalism
Success Driver for this role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with team management, setting up automation processes to enhance operational efficiency, and handling small recurring tasks to support daily business functions and ensure seamless workflow.

Ideal Profile
We would love to hear from you if…
- Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure
- Proactive attitude with a knack for multitasking
- Proficient in technical and digital tools
- Open to working in a hybrid setup at our office located at Betuwehaven 8, 3433 PV Nieuwegein, Netherlands.
- Currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work visa, or able to work without relocation support.
- Candidates should be able to communicate in Dutch at a conversational level.
Good to have
- Experience in IT, development, or marketing automation
