The Challenge As we scale, we need a Marketing VA to help manage key tasks across our OPS and Bulk stores. From market research and product page creation to coordinating creatives and handling admin duties, your role will be crucial in supporting our marketing managers. Your ability to support the marketing managers, coordinate with team members, and keep everything organized will be crucial as we expand and optimize our processes. Day in the Life of a Marketing Virtual Assistant at GT Ecom You'll regularly source products to help identify growth opportunities and create product pages for the OPS store You'll coordinate with creatives to ensure assets are ready for campaigns and marketing efforts. You'll manage the setup and monitoring of marketing assets, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll handle admin tasks and finalize documentation for Bulk store projects, keeping everything organized and up to date. You'll update daily sales reports and assist with scheduling ads as needed. You'll follow up on projects and coordinate with team members to ensure progress and meet deadlines. You'll update SOPs based on instructions from Marketing Managers, ensuring processes are well-documented and efficient. Please take note this may change from time to time.
