We're looking for a dynamic, team-oriented professional with a strong e-commerce background who is eager to achieve remarkable results and advance our brand. Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager at GT Ecom Manage and lead the marketing team responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV) optimization, email marketing, and media buying. Lead and train the marketing team, providing strategic direction and support for each store's success. Oversee designers and developers who assist with implementing marketing strategies and optimizing performance. Monitor store performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Drive the success of advertising efforts, email campaigns, and conversion strategies, ensuring the team collaborates effectively to meet business goals. Refine and develop marketing strategies based on performance data and industry trends. Success Milestones for this role Increase the conversion rate across all marketing channels. Boost profits from Facebook ads through strategic media buying and targeting. Maximize revenue from email marketing by improving campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
