Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and
client-focused professional with strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance to manage and resolve enterprise client queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on tax compliance knowledge along with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enterprise client queries related to:
- GST filings
- TDS provisions, deductions, returns & compliance
- Provide advisory-level clarification on GST & TDS applicability.
- Coordinate with internal tech and product teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and timely query resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communications.
- Support compliance-related escalations.
Preferred Background
- Experience in SaaS-based compliance platforms.
- Exposure to enterprise clients.
- Experience in tax-tech companies.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in GST & TDS compliance.
- Strong understanding of:
- GST Act & Rules
- TDS provisions under Income Tax Act
- GST reconciliation
- Experience working with CA firms / Tax consulting firms / SaaS compliance platforms preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Client handling experience is mandatory.
