Job details:
*GST Manager* with 5+ years of work experience required in a *reputed real estate organisation* located at *Andheri (W), Mumbai*
*Candidates with a real estate background will be preferred*
JD:
- *Manage GST compliance* , including return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, GSTR-2A/2B), reconciliations, and *handling notices/assessments*
- Oversee TDS deductions, returns, and reconciliations for vendor and contractor payments
- *Prepare and finalize financial statements* along with assisting in tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s tax liability
- *Liaise with statutory and tax auditors* , providing necessary data, schedules, and clarifications to ensure smooth audit completion
- Maintain accurate records of statutory payments (GST, TDS, PF, PT) and ensure timely compliance
- *Assist in direct taxation* : advance tax computations, income tax return filings, and coordinating with authorities for assessments
- Collaborate with project finance teams to ensure correct accounting treatment of real estate transactions
Salary *upto Rs 10 lakhs per annum* (can be increasesd slightly)
