Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GST Litigation Professional, located in Bengaluru South. The professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of GST-related litigation, including drafting replies to notices, preparing appeals and documents before relevant authorities. The role requires coordination with clients, conducting thorough research on GST laws and regulations, and providing technical guidance on compliance and planning.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations
- Interested in drafting replies, appeals, and other legal documents related to GST
- Attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently under deadlines
- Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or LLB / Bcom qualification or undergoing is preferred
- Prior experience in GST litigation and compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in professional software related to financial and tax compliance is also an advantage
