Role Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handling end-to-end GST compliances for multiple clients.
* Preparation and filing of GST Returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
* Managing GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, LUT applications, and other GST-related registrations.
* Conducting and managing GST Audits and GST reconciliations.
* Drafting and submission of replies to GST notices, departmental queries, scrutiny notices, and assessments.
* Coordination with clients for data collection, reconciliation, and compliance follow-ups.
* Handling GST departmental proceedings and ensuring timely compliance.
* Reviewing GST workings, input tax credit reconciliations, and compliance status.
* Advising clients on GST-related matters and day-to-day compliance issues.
* Keeping updated with latest GST notifications, circulars, and amendments.
* Managing a team and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Candidate must be currently working in a CA Firm.
* Candidate must be currently residing in Navi Mumbai.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GST compliances.
* Strong practical knowledge of GST compliances and departmental procedures.
* Good communication and drafting skills.
* Ability to independently handle clients and departmental matters.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in handling multiple client portfolios.
* Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST Portal operations.
* Ability to work under timelines and manage compliance schedules effectively.
