Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a GST Executive with relevant prior experience. The GST Executive will be responsible for managing GST compliance, including filing GST returns, reconciling data, handling audits, and addressing GST-related queries. The role demands staying updated with GST regulations and addressing client requirements, along with preparing various financial reports and supporting the team with tax strategy and planning. Coordination with clients and government authorities for tax matters is an integral part of this position.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations.
- Skills in GST compliance, including GST registration, filing returns, data reconciliation, and audit handling.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, tax strategy planning, and litigation support.
- Proficiency in tools and software used for tax and accounting, including Tally, Excel, and GST portals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; professional certification such as CA or CMA is preferred.
- Prior experience working with a chartered accountant firm would be advantageous.
