Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a GST Executive based in Mumbai. The GST Executive will be responsible for preparing and filing GST returns, reconciling tax data, ensuring compliance with GST regulations, and handling day-to-day GST-related operations. Duties may also include assisting in GST audits, managing queries related to GST filings, and coordinating with clients to ensure adherence to tax deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in GST compliance, GST returns filing, and GST reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and GST regulations
- Experience in managing tax data and preparing accurate reports
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or other ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or a graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in a similar taxation or accounting role is an advantage
