Role Description
The GST Compliance & Litigation Manager will oversee and manage compliance with GST regulations, ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns and fulfilling all statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing legal documents, handling litigation cases, managing disputes related to GST, and advising on related regulatory matters. This is a full-time on-site role and is located in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST regulations, Law
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Understanding of insurance-related regulations and how they intersect with GST compliance
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in GST compliance and litigation, with knowledge of industry best practices
