RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the readiness for clients & provide resolution of procedural, process, information, and technical problems during the readiness process over emails and outbound calls.
- Document & provide audit trail of all steps and resolutions (problem description, troubleshooting steps taken, resolution) using Incident Management tool
- Regular Follow-up with partners involved in the technical readiness.
- Work cooperatively with other team members – including those in other regions
- Recommend changes or additions to existing procedures that will improve the overall effective operation of the Global Site Readiness model
- Perform few non-readiness duties as assigned
- Logical bent of mind to isolate the root cause of the technical issues arising during readiness.
- Learn new skills and demonstrate high levels of proficiency with new technologies, tools and procedures as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- The resource should be a graduate in degrees like BCA, B.Tech, BA/BSc with Dip in Computers.
- 0-2 years of experience required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work in shifts and support global time zones, if required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
