The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our company's values and business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Sr HR Manager at GSource Technologies, the role encompasses:

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
  • Organizational Process & Policy Development
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team remains motivated and up-to-date with recruitment best practices.
  • Devise and execute strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Utilize Zoho Recruit or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate data and streamline recruitment procedures.
  • Enhance the online presence of the organization through various platforms and channels.
  • Performance & Organization Effectiveness - Implement performance management aligned to project delivery KPIs (quality, utilization, schedule) and business goals.
  • Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Culture - Build and institutionalize a culture of recognition that reinforces organizational values.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Develop HR dashboard for Leadership and Operational Managers that translates transparency and organizational health. Drive actionable items within organization

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or other ATS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their effective utilization for recruitment purposes.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
