This is a full-time opportunity with a leading BigTech IT Services company, a valued client of GSN HR.
Who are we looking for :
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior ServiceNow Developers with minimum 4.5 years of experience to join our team to manage one of our leading banking client.
You are required to have 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD and/or ITSM module.
Technical Skills - Must Have :
Demonstrated expertise in at least two ServiceNow Modules like HRSD / ITSM.
Proficient in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide scripting) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular).
Has experience working on system integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST API.
EXP in SERVICE PORTAL will be a HUGE PLUS.
Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Can debug issues and find new ways of proactive monitoring to ensure platform stability.
Certified in SNOW will be a HUGE PLUS.
Job responsibilities :
Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
Takes initiative in finding solutions to complex problems, utilizing analytical & problem-solving skills, and possessing adaptability to change
Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
