About the role
Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage bid calendar
Order plans and specifications
Process bid documents, GFE, and SRF
Review, track, and distribute addendums
Process pre-qualifications
Request and coordinate bonding information with surety prior to bids
Request and track required information from subcontractors
Create and manage contract files
Renew and maintain city and state licenses
Coordinate insurance review and processing with broker
Submit DAS140 forms to unions
Plan and organize job walks and bid runs
Answer incoming office and estimating calls
Follow up with clients regarding upcoming bid opportunities
Qualifications / Skills:
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Excel and Adobe (InDesign preferred)
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Eager to learn and complete tasks
Willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
