About The Role
We are looking for a people leader within the Portfolio, Program & Project Management function to drive the successful delivery of organizational projects and programs. The role will focus on strengthening governance frameworks, standardizing project management methodologies, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple interrelated initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of organizational projects and programs.
- Develop and implement project management best practices, governance frameworks, tools, and templates.
- Monitor dependencies across multiple interrelated projects and programs to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Consolidate and report project status, risks, issues, and financial performance metrics to leadership teams.
- Ensure adherence to defined methodologies, timelines, budgets, and quality standards through effective governance practices.
- Support staffing, resource planning, and management of key organizational initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational and strategic priorities.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
People Management Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, capability building, and talent development initiatives.
- Provide direction to the team and ensure achievement of operational and business goals.
- Contribute to the execution of business strategies and departmental plans.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management.
- Solid understanding of project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Strong functional expertise with a good understanding of business operations and interdependencies.
- Proven people leadership and team management capabilities.
Additional Requirements
- Prior experience or domain exposure in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes is preferred.
- Willingness to work in North America (NAM) shift is required.
