Compound Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compound Manager to oversee the management and operations of our facility in Juba, South Sudan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or administrative studies and relevant experience in hotel or guest house management. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the compound, ensuring high standards of maintenance, security, and guest satisfaction. Manage all compound staff, including security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices in compound management. Handle budgeting, procurement, and inventory control for compound supplies and equipment. Coordinate guest accommodations and facility usage, ensuring efficient services. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and local authorities. Address any facility-related issues promptly to maintain a comfortable and secure environment.
