Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Gruve, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the user interfaces for our cutting-edge enterprise solutions. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create seamless and intuitive experiences for our customers. Your strong technical skills, combined with a deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and best practices, will be essential in driving the development of our web applications. Responsibilities: - Architect and implement complex frontend components and applications using React, Redux, and other modern frameworks - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate user requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices - Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and proactively introduce new tools and techniques to improve our development process - Mentor and guide junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the engineering team Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in frontend web development, with a strong focus on React and modern JavaScript ecosystems - Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including their latest versions and best practices - Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API - Experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library - Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and a passion for sharing knowledge with the team
