Head of Product Operations

The Head of Product Operations role is responsible for driving the operationalization and optimization of Gruve's product management lifecycle across our portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement in how we deliver value to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage the product management processes, templates, and tools to ensure consistent and streamlined execution across product teams - Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of our product portfolio management capabilities to ensure alignment with company priorities and resourcing - Develop and execute on a product operations roadmap to enhance productivity, visibility, and decision support for our product leadership - Liaise with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity throughout the product lifecycle - Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision making in our product management practices - Mentor and upskill product managers and other cross-functional partners on product operations best practices - Partner with leadership to establish and track key product operations metrics and KPIs Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related discipline in a SaaS/technology environment - Proven track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing product management best practices at scale - Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence and collaborate across functions - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management tools - A curious mindset and passion for continuously improving how we work - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
