Back-End Engineer

We are looking for a talented Back-End Engineer to join our dynamic team at Gruve. As a Back-End Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge enterprise solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and optimizing robust and scalable server-side systems, integrating with various data sources, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop efficient and scalable server-side architectures and APIs - Implement secure and reliable data storage and retrieval systems - Integrate with third-party services and APIs - Optimize system performance and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement Requirements: - Proficient in at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) - Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, and experience in database design and optimization - Familiarity with common web application frameworks and libraries - Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
