Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Mohali district. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing content for social media platforms, managing social media campaigns, and creating engaging written content. The role involves constant communication with the team to ensure coherence in content strategy and social media optimization. Additional tasks include monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in video content strategies and editing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience in managing social media for brands, creators, or B2B companies is beneficial
