My name is Prashanjit Ghosh and I have done my bachelor's and master's in information technology from India, Punjab. And I have total seven years of experience. Four years I have worked with tele-ediology or tele-health company. I have worked there as an IT support engineer and helped the customers as well as internal clients as well as our own colleagues related to any technical issues, whether it's an active directory or with the user account issues or any kind of issues they may face during our production hours. And my previous job role is with the Forex VPS where I have to onboard customers, take the ownership of the customers and renewables and take care of any kind of technical issues. And if they are asking me to install any kind of software or solutions into their VPS, I have to go there and help them out. So whenever a customer is facing any kind of glitches related to our platform, like they are unable to onboard to our platform, in that scenario, I have to reach the client and explain them in a simpler way so that they can onboard to our platform and guide them accordingly.
