About This RoleWe are looking for someone who bridges product, marketing, and technical execution. You are the person who can design a feature in Figma, optimize it for SEO, analyze its performance in Google Analytics, and build a landing page to promote it—all without needing a hand-off between teams.
This is not a generalist role. It is a specialist role focused on growth acquisition and web products—where your ability to rapidly build and ship matters more than deep expertise in any single domain.
Key Responsibilities• Design and build modern web products (landing pages, checkout flows, signup funnels) using AI tools and Shopify
• Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys using analytics (Google Analytics, CleverTap, Mixpanel)
• Implement SEO best practices across content, meta tags, structured data, and technical site architecture
• Manage and optimise the Shopify store
• Lead rapid design iteration using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, GPT) to reduce time-to-market
• Build dashboards and reports to track growth metrics, KPIs, and feature adoption
• Collaborate with engineering to translate product requirements into technical specs
• Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and iterate based on data
What We're Looking ForCore Skills• Expert-level Shopify knowledge: Custom themes, Liquid scripting, apps, customisation, troubleshooting
• Frontend web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React. Ability to code or modify a website rapidly
• AI tool proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc. for code generation and design
• Analytics literacy: Interpret and act on data from Google Analytics, CleverTap, Mixpanel. Create funnels, segments, and cohorts
• Basic backend: Understand APIs, databases, webhooks, and how to integrate third-party services
• SEO fundamentals: Meta tags, site structure, structured data, backlinks, on-page optimisation
• Basic design sense: Understands UX principles, can use Figma or similar tools, and collaborates well with designers
