Role Overview
We’re not hiring a traditional caller — we’re hiring a Growth Architect.
Someone who sits at the intersection of Data Science, Technical Pre-Sales, and AI-Orchestrated Outreach.
In this role, you’ll lead our “Value-First” outreach strategy, using a sophisticated AI tech stack to identify high-intent prospects and engage CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Heads with data-backed insights. Your goal is to bridge the gap between initial curiosity and technical solutioning — ensuring every discovery call is 50 % qualified before it begins.
Your North Star: Generate 20+ qualified executive-level discovery calls per month through AI-assisted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Orchestration: Design and maintain automated “Research-to-Reachout” workflows using Clay, Zapier, and AI agents. Use LLMs to extract and summarize data from 10-Ks, PRs, and earnings calls into hyper-personalized value propositions.
- Strategic Multi-Channel Outreach: Run multi-threaded campaigns targeting C-suite stakeholders across LinkedIn, email, and executive “insight calls.”
- Technical Pre-Sales Discovery: Lead initial sessions to map prospects’ ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and uncover reconciliation or treasury pain points.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with Marketing to run LinkedIn Ad and InMail campaigns treating each Tier-1 enterprise as a “market of one.”
- Narrative Engineering: Translate complex AI capabilities into clear problem-solution stories anchored in ROI logic.
- CRM Data Science: Maintain a “Clean Room” CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce) and analyze conversion patterns to refine AI-driven hooks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years in Outreach, Pre-Sales, or Growth Marketing within a B2B FinTech / SaaS context.
- The Tinkerer Mindset: Beyond prompting — you use AI to scrape, summarize, and automate.
- Financial Literacy: Basic grasp of O2C, treasury, and CFO-level metrics.
- Executive Presence: Polished communication and confidence to engage senior finance leaders.
- Technical Fluency: Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and security without being a developer.
- Modern Tool Stack: Experience or aptitude for Apollo.io, Clay, HeyGen, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
