About Zovay
Zovay is a short-term rental marketplace launching in India. We give hosts more earnings through lower service fees and give guests a superior booking experience at better prices. We’re pre-launch, funded by the founder, and building the team that takes this from zero to live.
The Role
You’ll work directly with the CEO across two tracks — getting hosts onto the platform (field + tele-calling) and building Zovay’s digital presence (social media, content, campaigns). This isn’t a “shadow someone and take notes” internship. You’ll own outcomes from week one.
What You’ll Do
On the Growth Side
• Identify and reach out to property owners through cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and field visits.
• Run the host onboarding funnel from lead to listed property.
• Track conversion metrics and find ways to reduce acquisition cost per host.
• Build referral loops through onboarded hosts.
• Scout new markets and map property supply in target cities.
On the Digital Side (Having this is a plus one)
• Create and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design creatives in Canva or Adobe for campaigns.
• Support paid ad execution on Meta and Google.
• Build influencer and collaboration lists for launch campaigns.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report what’s working and what’s not.
Across Both
• Propose and test growth experiments.
• Document playbooks so processes can be replicated as we scale.
• Feed ground-level insights back to the product and strategy team.
You Should Apply If
You’ve built or marketed something yourself — a college startup, a brand, a page, an event. You’re comfortable walking into a stranger’s home to pitch them on listing their property, and equally comfortable designing an Instagram carousel the same evening. You track numbers, not vibes. You’re in college or recently graduated and want to be part of building a company from pre-launch — not just add a logo to your resume.
Must-Haves
• Working knowledge of Canva or any design tool.
• Comfort with cold calling and face-to-face outreach.
• Ability to work from the field 2–3 days a week (Delhi-NCR to start).
• Strong written communication — you’ll write copy, scripts, and outreach messages daily.
• Personal phone and laptop.
Good-to-Haves
• Experience running even a small paid ad campaign.
• A social media page or project you’ve grown yourself.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or even a well-maintained Google Sheet.
• Understanding of short-term rentals, hospitality, or real estate.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborate with teams effectively
- Familiarity with growth hacking strategies to identify innovative opportunities and implement them
- Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and driving customer satisfaction
- Project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficient in using productivity and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
