Designation: Growth & Strategy Manager - President's Office
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented New Business Development (NBD)
Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist the NBD
team in meeting coordination, proposal creation, data management, and follow-ups while
leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make 5–10 calls daily to existing and potential contacts to fix meetings for the NBD
team.
2. Prepare basic proposals and presentations as required by the NBD team.
3. Create and maintain proposal templates and formatting structures.
4. Update and maintain all NBD sales data in HubSpot (or CRM) accurately.
5. Provide daily/weekly reports of leads, meetings fixed, and progress updates to the NBD
team.
6. Follow up on selected prospects for new meetings and next steps as directed by the
NBD team.
7. Research prospects and gather relevant company insights using digital and AI tools.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with cold calling and coordination.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
AI & Digital Tool Proficiency (Compulsory):
Candidate must be highly proficient in using:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Gemini
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lusha
- Canva
The candidate should be able to:
- Use AI tools for research, proposal drafting, email writing, and data gathering.
- Extract decision-maker details using Sales Navigator and Lusha.
- Create clean, professional decks and creatives using Canva.
- Improve productivity through smart use of automation and AI-driven workflows.
